Zoë joined Eunomia in May 2021. She graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Mathematics and Philosophy. During her final year at university, she undertook desk-based research for her dissertation on industrial animal agriculture, including assessing the environmental, societal, and ethical impact of such agriculture through a utilitarian framework.
After graduating, as well as working full time as a court usher, Zoë volunteered with a start-up organisation that supported dairy farmers transition to oat milk production. This included providing support for logistical issues, assisting with B2B sales, and researching government grants for rewilding land.
Recent experience
Zoë is currently working on a number of projects from procurement of recycling services for a local authority to researching the recycling rate of packaging materials in Vietnam and exploring options for a deposit return system in Singapore.
