I am an experienced manager of sustainability projects, with a passion for circular economy solutions that solve challenges via an alternative, innovative perspective.

Radha joined Eunomia in 2019, bringing with her ten years of waste management and circular economy project experience.

Alongside her qualifications as an IEMA Practitioner and a PRINCE 2 accredited project manager, Radha’s personal passion for resource efficiency drives her success of the identification of commercially beneficial innovation projects that deliver environmental and sales targets.  She has extensive experience of managing projects from inception to implementation whilst gaining full client ownership through on-site engagement and development of business relationships.  This is supported by her excellent communication skills such as writing case-studies and project reports and proposals.

Career History

Radha previously worked as Global Waste Manager for ISS on the Barclays contract, a client-facing role delivering strategic objectives through close liaison with Regional Co-ordinators in 5 regions (Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific, India and UK) across retail and corporate banking sites.  Prior to ISS, Radha worked at Ecosurety, a compliance scheme with an extensive portfolio of clients.  There she identified and implemented reuse and recycling projects for a range of clients with a particular focus on the food manufacturing sector.  She has extensive experience of conducting on-site surveys and waste audits that identify opportunities such as alternative factory layouts, new equipment, revised working practices or sourcing new recycling solutions or suppliers.

Radha also worked for six years on the National Industrial Symbiosis Programme, a national programme that promoted circular economy through identification of recycling and reuse solutions for challenging materials.  Radha delivered over 70 successful circular economy projects, researching and developing circular solutions for resources with a particular focus on the aggregates, food, manufacturing and textiles sectors. She also delivered circular economy training, workshops and projects internationally, working with teams in Belgium, Hungary, Brazil and South Africa.

Radha holds a BA Hons in Design and Innovation.
