Lauren has experience in project management and report writing, mostly working within our policy and green economy teams.
She has strong organisational skills and a background in environmental science, both of which help her to keep on top of a wide and varied range of work.
Recent Experience
Lauren joined Eunomia in March 2016 as a personal assistant to director Joe Papineschi. Following this, she worked as a project administrator for a year where she took on various administrative tasks including taking care of our framework contracts. During this time she grew her knowledge of the company’s systems and processes and was promoted to Junior Consultant in September 2019.
Since then, she has managed projects for Defra and the Environment Agency with much success and applied her skills and scientific background to numerous research and plastics policy projects including those for DG Environment, WWF and SeaFish, the non-departmental government body supporting the UK’s seafood industry.
Career History
Prior to this, she studied at the University of Leeds, where she gained a BSc (Hons) in Ecology and Environmental Biology and then a Master of Research in Biodiversity and Conservation, relocating to Bristol to work as a Senior Administrator for a local charity, Windmill Hill City Farm before joining Eunomia.
