Hattie is a Senior Consultant with broad experience across the energy and waste sectors, and a strong track record in advising both public and private sector clients.
A PRINCE2® qualified project manager, Hattie combines technical modelling and GIS skills, with a keen commercial and environmental awareness.
Her wide-ranging expertise includes market assessments and due diligence work for the commercial sector, alongside options assessments and the development of waste strategies for local authorities.
Hattie’s recent projects include the delivery of feedstock and market assessments for a number of leading anaerobic digestion developers. Hattie also co-authored Eunomia’s Anaerobic Digestion Market Update Report, which she presented at the annual ADBA conference.
Hattie has project managed the delivery of a report for key stakeholders on behalf of the RDF Export Industry Group, providing an assessment of the legal, economic and environmental rationales for RDF export.
Outside of the commercial sector, Hattie has managed and delivered strategies for local government, most recently including a strategy update for Bath and North East Somerset, and an options assessment and subsequent strategy update for Bournemouth Borough Council.
Hattie combines strong communication and analytic skills to deliver high quality projects for a range of audiences.
Hattie joined Eunomia from SLR Consulting in 2013. Previously, Hattie worked at the Office for National Statistics where she undertook data analysis tasks for the National Housing Survey and managed the delivery of the National Housing Survey Reporting. Prior to that, Hattie worked at Portsmouth City council as a Waste and Recycling Officer, developing a sound knowledge of both operational services and contract management.
