Cat provides HR and facilities services across Eunomia’s office locations. This includes:
- Ensuring that Eunomia is compliant with its corporate obligations, such as insurances;
- Co-ordinating performance review and recruitment;
- Processing the payroll;
- Updating the company handbook;
- Developing and implementing office management systems; and
- Ensuring that offices are properly maintained.
Cat joined Eunomia in 2012 as Office Manager having previously worked in middle and back office support in recruitment.
