Helping Aster Group Improve Waste Management

13th November 2014

Eunomia is pleased to announce an exciting new contract with Aster Group, a leading UK provider of affordable housing schemes and assisted living for young people and adults with special needs.

We have been commissioned to review the groups’ waste management practices with a particular focus on the planned and responsive repairs business, Aster Property. Having carried out a review of the systems currently in place across the business, Eunomia will work with Aster to make recommendations as to how the organisation can reduce direct and indirect costs, improve environmental performance and continue to have a positive impact on the communities served.

Senior Consultant Rob Gillies who will be managing the project on behalf of Eunomia said:

“We are extremely pleased to have been awarded this work by Aster. It represents an exciting new avenue for Eunomia’s waste operations practice and we are hopeful that the work we do with Aster will form a valuable case study for other similar organisations. We’re confident that our expertise will help Aster to achieve significant savings on waste management costs at the same time as improving their environmental performance and enabling challenging sustainability objectives to be achieved.”
