The RDF Export Industry Group will be presenting key findings from its recent report, and hosting an expert Q&A, at an event in London on 28th October.
The event marks the formal launch of the report ‘RDF Export: Analysis of the Legal, Economic and Environmental Rationales‘. Attendees will have an opportunity to pose questions to a panel of experts including James Goudie QC and others involved in the development of the document.
The report has been prepared by Eunomia on behalf of the Group, which is composed of 19 members from the waste sector. Eunomia also provides the Group’s secretariat function.
The event will be held on Wednesday 28th October, 2015, from 6:00pm and is kindly being hosted by leading UK law firm Burges Salmon at their London office at 6 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF.

James Goudie QC is Head of Chambers at 11 King’s Bench Walk, specialising in commercial litigation, employment and the public sector. He has been, at various times, Chairman of the Administrative Law Bar Association, Chairman of the Bar European Group, and a fellow of the Society of Advanced Legal Studies. James’s expert opinion provided the basis for the legal analysis contained within the RDF Export report.
Adam Baddeley is Head of Energy at Eunomia, and is an expert on both the UK energy from waste market and the export of RDF. He leads Eunomia’s work in the low carbon energy sector, is a co-author of Eunomia’s bi-annual Residual Waste Infrastructure Review, and has provided support to a range of waste contractors seeking to develop new infrastructure. Adam is lead author of the RDF Export report.
