Andrew joined Eunomia in September 2009 as Local Government Projects Manager. The early part of his career was spent in the IT sector where he worked as a Programme Manager for the Oracle Corporation implementing systems worldwide and managing the resultant organisational change. A particular focus of Andrew’s experience was migration of customer service delivery to web based channels. It was this experience that led to him entering the Public Sector during the ‘eGovernment’ initiative, setting up one-stop-shops and implementing electronic service delivery for a number of Councils in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. He was also involved at strategic Director level with a project to merge two Oxfordshire district councils under one management team.

More recently, Andrew has been pursuing a change of career direction building on ongoing post graduate training in the area of environmental sustainability. In this spirit he has worked on an EU funded project investigating ways of reducing the embodied energy component of crops grown under glass.

He brings considerable experience of project and programme management to Eunomia and will be working with our Public Sector customers to provide assistance with implementation of large scale environmental projects.
