Andrew has seven years experience in the waste and energy sectors, the last three of which have been with Eunomia. Most recently Andrew has been managing a project for a major power consortium seeking to develop a ‘clean’ coal-fired power station equipped with carbon capture and storage. Also in the private sector he has advised on waste sector investment potential.

Wider project experience includes business case development for waste prevention, preparation of municipal waste management action plans, as well as modelling food waste and high rise collection costs. He has also been involved in a European Commission project looking at optimising markets for recycling, as well as an international review of waste policy. Prior to joining Eunomia Andrew worked for the London Borough of Haringey where he gained considerable experience whilst responding to the pressures to deliver significant change across the waste portfolio.
