Charlotte is based in our Bristol office and promotes the profile of Eunomia’s work across social media platforms.
Specialising in tailoring tone of voice and brand promotion, Charlotte also works as part of the wider marketing team, writing press releases, online copy, interviews and feature pieces for publications, as well as taking an active role in event management and website development.
Charlotte was a key part of the team that delivered our Zero Waste Cup scheme at RWM 2018, working both on the marketing campaign and the logistics of the deposit refund scheme. She coordinated the #ZeroWasteCup hashtag, and ran an extended campaign to promote and encourage the reusable cup scheme, as well as contributing to wider marketing copywriting, advertising and poster design.
She has also been involved in project work, where she has taken a communications advisory role, most recently in the implementation of food waste collections in a local authority. She advised on the most effective use of social media to encourage participation in the new collections scheme, as well as taking a hands-on role in developing messaging and managing budget expectations.
Charlotte is currently running our riverine litter campaign, Clean Rivers Cleaner Seas, in the course of which she produced a Social Media Toolkit, as well as contacting key organisations, gathering support from notable industry figures, and planning long-term content to keep the momentum of the online photo competition throughout its two-month run.
Charlotte recently completed her studies in Music at the University of Bristol, where she graduated with first-class honours. Alongside her academic work, Charlotte freelanced as a content writer, digital marketer and copywriter, and managed social media for a charitable organisation, as well as writing features and interviews for major music magazines.
