Chris Sherrington, Principal Consultant at Eunomia, is speaking in Antwerp on Tuesday 8th September at the International Solid Waste Association’s World Conference.

The event, held over three days from the 7th – 9th September, covers a wide range of topics, with a number of sessions focusing on the negative impacts of litter in both the terrestrial and marine environments.

Chris is speaking in the session entitled ‘Cleanliness of Public Spaces’, where he will be highlight the potential for tackling litter through implementing item-specific measures. Such approaches, as illustrated in Eunomia’s recent ‘Clean Sweep’ report can be fairer, and more cost-effective, than current methods by which litter prevention and removal is often undertaken.
