This week Bristol City Council formally declared a climate change emergency and backed a pledge to make the city carbon neutral by 2030.
We were proud to see two of our colleagues, Tanguy Tomes and Jack Hedger, presenting statements of personal support to the motion to declare a climate change emergency in the city - their emphatic and emotive speeches are a clear demonstration of the passion of our consultants for the crucial work they perform.
Another motion was also passed to tackle period poverty in the city. Green Cllr Fi Hance read out part of our consultant Katharine Blacklaws' blog on the plastic pollution caused by disposable sanitary products as part of her statement of support for the motion.
